Badging FAQs

CAN MY BADGE BE MAILED?

No, you will have to pick up your security badge from the airport administrative office once you are notified it is ready.

IF IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 1 YEAR SINCE MY BADGE EXPIRED, CAN I DO A RENEWAL OR DO I HAVE TO APPLY FOR A NEW BADGE?

All files are destroyed at one year after the expiration of a badge. This is a TSA requirement and helps protect airport user information. If your badge expired one year or more ago, you would have to apply for a new badge as if you've never had one.

MY BADGE IS EXPIRED OR ABOUT TO EXPIRE. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact airport staff at the number above to schedule an appointment to renew your badge.

I NO LONGER NEED MY BADGE, BUT IT HAS NOT YET EXPIRED. WHAT DO I DO?

You must return your badge to the airport administration office.
