The following supporting documents are due to the Parks & Recreation Department at least 7 days prior to your event. Please check the box next to any documents that you have already submitted or would like to attach to this application (file upload option available below). For any documents you are not able to attach at this time, please email copies to Stu (sbrown@townofmammothlakes.ca.gov) or drop a hard copy at the Town offices above Giovanni's. Supporting documents must be submitted AT LEAST 7 days prior to your event. Failure to do so may result in denial of your permit request.
