Due to weather conditions that may create the potential for elevated fire risk, Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) are under consideration in parts of the SCE service territory. During such events, the utility will proactively turn off power in high fire risk areas

This page provides some basic resources for you to better understand the program and ensure that you are prepared in the event of a planned, or unplanned outage.

To see if your community is impacted by the Public Safety Power Shutoffs, please visit the Mono County website for updated information, to view interactive maps or to visit helpful links.

Additional information about the PSPS can be found on the Southern California Edison PSPS Outage Center or by calling Southern California Edison at (800) 611-1911.
