The Parks and Recreation Department is all recreation, all the time. We are passionate about our Town parks and facilities and committed to providing innovative and age-appropriate programming that connects with each and every community member to promote healthy and active lifestyles.
The Department proudly provides the following services:
Summer Camp Update
We continue to address our wait lists for summer camps. We spent the week contacting people as spots become available and was able to extend spots to 22 people on our wait list. Furthermore, we are exploring our options to expand our recreation opportunities for children this summer both within our department and with other recreation providers. We will continue to update you via this newsletter and email but if you have any questions or concerns please contact us via phone, email or in person (our contact information is on the right).
Available Summer Camp Spots:
- Aquatics Camp I (week of July 22, 9a-4p, ages 9-14)
- Youth Tennis Camp (week of July 8, 9a-12p, ages 6-14)
- Husky Prep Tennis Camp (week of August 5, 9a-12p, ages 12-18)
- Mountain Bike Camp IV – Girls Only (week of August 12, 9a-4p, ages 10-14)
- Mini Camps of various varieties (9a-noon, ages 4-5)

If you participated in youth and adult programs, or enjoyed the Whitmore Pool or one of our parks or facilities, please take the time to complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey.
