Multi-Use Paths (Mammoth Lakes Trails System) - PARTIALLY OPEN
Please see map below for the status of sidewalks in town. The Lakes Basin paths will open for the season when the Lakes Basin is open to the public. Users are reminded to comply with municipal codes requiring all dogs to be on leash and pet waste to be disposed of by owners.
CLOSURES
Mammoth Creek Park - CLOSED DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER (CRC)
For the duration of construction for the new Community Recreation Center, the Mammoth Creek Park playground, restrooms and parking lot will be closed to the public. The Town will maintain public restrooms on the eastside of Mammoth Creek Park accessible from the multi-use path. We invite you to enjoy one of our many playgrounds at Trails End Park, Shady Rest Park and the Community Center. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing our community recreation amenities. Mammoth Ice Rink - CLOSED FOR THE SEASON
The Mammoth Ice Rink closed for the season on March 6, 2022. We'll see you on the ice next winter at the new Community Recreation Center!
