The Cell Tower at Fire Station #2 project is located at 1574 Old Mammoth Road on a 0.91-acre site within the Resort Zoning District (Snowcreek Master Plan Area). The proposed project consists of an 80' tall monopine cell tower located in the rear of the Mammoth Lakes Fire Protection District's property.
The project includes a Use Permit Application (UPA 23-002). The Use Permit is required pursuant to Zoning Code Section 17.52.280-Telecommunications Facilities.
